As temperatures drop and winter sets in, the desire to warm up with a hot, comforting drink gradually takes hold. Why not use your snack breaks to treat yourself to moments of true relaxation and well-being? We have the perfect solution: CBD-infused milk.
High Society offers two recipes for easily making your own homemade CBD-infused milk.
CBD Milk: How to Treat Yourself to a Moment of Relaxation
CBD (or cannabidiol) is one of the many cannabinoids derived from the hemp plant, also known as cannabis. Unlike its cousin THC, it has no psychoactive effects and offers numerous benefits for our bodies.
CBD is best known for its relaxing and stress-relieving properties, which help you fall asleep. It’s an ingredient you should add toyour wellness routine right away.
If you enjoy hot drinks, why not combine your indulgent break with the benefits of CBD to treat yourself to a moment of relaxation away from stress?
CBD is fat-soluble, so it needs fat to be absorbed. Milk is therefore the perfect ingredient to ensure you get all the benefits of cannabidiol.
There are, of course, thetraditional CBD herbal teas, but why not try something a little different and discover our recipe for infused milk?
Enjoy it as is, with cocoa for a soothing hot chocolate, or add it to your recipes to give them a touch of originality.

Making CBD-Infused Milk
Step 1:First things first, you’ll need to prepare your High SocietyCBD flowers by decarboxylating them. This step will activate the cannabinoids in the flowers, resulting in more intense effects. To do this, coarsely chop your flowers and spread them out on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes at 110 degrees, stirring occasionally.
Step 2:Next, heat the milk in the saucepan until it comes to a boil.
Step 3:Lower the temperature of your hot plate, then add your CBD flowers.
Step 4:Let the flowers steep in the milk over very low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Step 5:Now all you have to do is enjoy your CBD-infused milk or add it to your recipes!
