1/ Bring 30 cl of water to a boil in a saucepan.
2/ Reduce the heat to low and let 2 to 3 teaspoons of ourCBD Energy black tea steep for 5 minutes. Add cinnamon and the spices of your choice. Be sure to stir occasionally, then strain through a sieve to remove any remaining spices. Set the mixture aside.
Step 2: Prepare the rich milk and its foam
1/ In a saucepan (you can use the same one), heat the milk over low heat along with the brown sugar (or the sweetener of your choice).
2/ Remove the saucepan from the heat and froth the milk using a blender or a milk frother, for example. You can also simplify this step by simply adding whipped cream sprinkled with cinnamon directly on top of your CBD chai latte.
Step 3: CBD Chai Latte
1/ Pour the CBD chai tea into your cup, then gently pour in the milk to preserve the foam.
2/ All you have to do is savor it and enjoy this relaxing moment!
Our tip: If you want to enhance the relaxing effects of your CBD chai latte, it couldn’t be easier—just add CBD distillate orCBD isolateto your drink. This will increase the CBD content of your drink without changing its taste.
