Shipping Your Package

Free shipping on orders of €50 or more sitewide.

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Collisimo with a tracking number and delivered with or without a signature. You will select the shipping method when you place your order. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as shipping charges. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping charges vary based on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping charges apply to each one. We take special care when shipping fragile items.
The boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are properly protected.
